1. Recruitment and Employment
We enter into employment contracts with our employees in strict accordance with applicable laws, adhering to the principles of legality, fairness, equality, voluntariness, mutual consent, and good faith throughout our recruitment and employment management. We strictly prohibit any form of discrimination based on race, gender, religion, age, nationality, or any other legally protected characteristics. Furthermore, we actively safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of female employees, strictly ban the use of child labor across all business operations, and tolerate zero forms of forced labor, bonded labor, human trafficking, or modern slavery.
2. Health and Safety
We provide statutory social security and related benefits to our employees in accordance with applicable laws and regulations, and are dedicated to maintaining a healthy and safe working environment. We implement and enforce robust workplace rules, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and safety measures to identify and mitigate occupational hazards.
Employees who encounter unfair treatment, discrimination, harassment, or other misconduct may seek assistance through designated channels, including department managers, the human resources department, or the management team. We will promptly investigate all reported incidents and, where necessary, implement corrective actions or report to competent authorities. We maintain a strict zero-tolerance policy against any form of retaliation.
3.
Supply Chain Management
We have established comprehensive supplier management policies to oversee the entire life cycle of product R&D, procurement, and production. For prospective suppliers, we conduct rigorous sample testing and joint evaluations—led by our R&D, procurement, and quality assurance departments—which include on-site audits and performance scoring. We require all suppliers to comply with applicable laws and regulations concerning the environment, labor, health and safety, anti-corruption, anti-money laundering, taxation, export controls, and trade sanctions. These requirements are enforced through compliance commitments, audit rights, liability provisions, and termination clauses embedded in our supplier agreements.
Our supplier agreements explicitly mandate that suppliers prohibit child labor and forced labor, provide safe and hygienic working environments, eliminate discrimination, respect freedom of association, and pay wages that meet or exceed statutory minimum standards. Suppliers are also required to ensure that their subcontractors and upstream suppliers adhere to substantially equivalent standards. In the event of material breaches—such as the involvement in child labor, forced labor, severe corruption, or other gross non-compliance—we reserve the right to terminate the relationship immediately and pursue legal and contractual remedies.
4.
Business Ethics and Compliance
We have implemented rigorous anti-corruption and anti-bribery policies, explicitly prohibiting commercial bribery, kickbacks, improper gifts, facilitation payments, fraud, and unfair competition within our supplier agreements. If a supplier detects any solicitation of improper benefits by our personnel, they are urged to report it promptly through our designated whistleblowing channels.
We also require suppliers to guarantee that all technologies, software, products, or other items supplied to us are lawfully sourced and free of intellectual property defects, and fully comply with applicable export controls, trade sanctions, anti-money laundering, and tax compliance frameworks.
5.
ESG Governance and Continuous Improvement
We have established structured ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) governance mechanisms to ensure the effective identification, assessment, and mitigation of related risks. We will routinely review and continuously enhance our policies and practices concerning human rights, decent working conditions, supply chain integrity, business ethics, trade compliance, workplace safety, and corporate governance.
In alignment with our business development, evolving customer expectations, regulatory updates, and stakeholder feedback, we will continuously optimize our due diligence processes, risk assessment frameworks, and corrective action protocols.
