Sveaverken F100 Auto Steer System

Combining a display control terminal, an electric steering wheel, and a GNSS receiver, Sveaverken F100 Auto Steer System attracts numerous visitors with its simple modular design. Supporting high-precision satellite positioning signals like Galileo, GPS, and RTK technology, F100 automatically plans working paths with an impressive accuracy of ±2.5 cm. It not only facilitates steering-assisted tractor driving but also maintains exceptional precision even at speeds of up to 18 km/h. This cutting-edge technology promises to enhance efficiency and accuracy in agricultural operations.

Farm Management System (FMS)

Sveaverken showcased its Farm Management System (FMS), which seamlessly integrates with the F100 Auto Steer System, driving farming into the digital age with increased efficiency. The FMS centralizes agricultural operation data and facilitates the exchange of information and task allocation with the F100 Auto Steer System. Farmers can access real-time positions, status, and historical data from multiple auto-steer systems, empowering them to make informed decisions. The FMS also enables the establishment of boundary and guidance lines in advance, optimizing workflow efficiency by delegating tasks to auto-steer systems. This integrated solution streamlines farming practices and boosts productivity.

Luis Villasmil, regional sales manager of Sveaverken, was introducing how FMS can be connected to F100

RoboPusher Nimbo

Sveaverken unveiled the cutting-edge RoboPusher Nimbo at FIMA 2024, revolutionizing barn management with its advanced features. This autonomous robot utilizes visual navigation technology to automatically push feed to cows in the barn, eliminating the need for manual labor and ensuring the freshness and palatability of the diet. The RoboPusher Nimbo operates with minimal energy consumption and can increase daily milk yield by up to 3%. By reducing residual forage from 3%-8% to only 2%-3%, it improves overall efficiency and reduces waste. With its low-battery warning and automatic return-to-charge program, the Nimbo offers hassle-free operation and allows workers to focus on other farm tasks.

MooCollar Bree

MooCollar Bree, a smart collar designed to enhance livestock management, incorporates precise heat detection and behavior monitoring to predict heat cycles and monitor the health of herds accurately. The MooCollar Bree optimizes breeding programs and enables early identification of potential illnesses, ensuring the well-being of the livestock. The collar's data is collected and visualized through the powerful cloud platform MooConnect. With algorithms analyzing the herd's estrus state and updating the data every two hours, farmers can take timely action during the best fertilization period.
