When a field job stretches into the evening, every extra correction adds to the working day.

For Óscar Calvillo Vázquez, a tractor operator from San Gregorio, Michoacán, manual fieldwork meant constantly correcting the steering while watching the implement, operating the controls, and checking the ground behind the tractor.

From Surveying the Field to Shaping the Surface

F200L supports the land leveling process before the scraper begins moving soil.

The system can survey field elevation directly from the land leveler and use the resulting topographic data to create a surface design. Depending on the field and project requirements, users can fine-tune the target elevation, water flow, slope, and cut-fill ratio.

Its minimal earth-moving design aims to create the required surface while limiting unnecessary soil movement. The system supports level and sloped surface designs and can be used in both paddy fields and dry land.

For Óscar, the purpose is practical: level the field more consistently and help reduce uneven areas where water may collect.

Auto steering guides the tractor along the horizontal path. F200L controls the vertical movement of the blade. Together, they keep the tractor and scraper working toward the same field design.

The clearest proof of value comes from Óscar’s experience in the cab.

Before using the integrated solution, some jobs take around 5 to 6 hours or longer. With the new system, he reports completing comparable work in approximately 4 to 5hours.

Óscar was still learning the system when he shared his experience. He needed to become familiar with the terminal, position the equipment correctly, and calibrate it for different field operations.
